Pellet Die. Pellets are extruded through the 3/8” holes.

As the raw materials are combined, steam and molasses are added to help mix
and bind the ingredients as they go through the pellet die. Rollers inside of
the die push the mixture through the 3/8 inch holes where they are extruded
out and cut off by a knife.
