Cooling & Dust Collection Stage
Sock House which collects dust Pellet cooler
Screening pellets
Since the temperature of the pellets as they come out of the mill is approximately 115 degrees, they must go through an air cooling chamber. As they finish cooling, the pellets are elevated to our storage bins. There are places in the mill where small pieces of pellets and dust is collected through a large vacuum. All of this matter is gathered and run through a sock house. This process helps eliminate unwanted waste and helps keep the environment free of dust.
